BLT Rollups

These BLT rollups are packed with a cream cheese bacon ranch filling, chopped tomatoes, and shredded lettuce. A BLT in every bite!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon dry ranch dressing mix
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • ½ cup tomatoes chopped
  • 2 8- inch flour tortillas
  • ½ cup shredded romaine lettuce

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, mix the cream cheese, mayo, and dry ranch dressing seasoning together until smooth. Add the bacon and tomatoes; mix well.
  • Spread the mixture onto the tortillas, then top with lettuce. Roll each tortilla up tightly.
  • Slice each roll-up diagonally into 6 rounds. Serve immediately or chill until serving.
