1cupApricot Preserves
¼cupBrown Sugar
Dash Garlic Powder
¼cupMelted Butter
Everything Bagel Seasoning
Fresh Parsley - chopped

Instructions
Using leftover Brisket, or Brisket from the Deli, finely chop the Brisket until you have 2 cups of chopped Brisket.
Pour the BBQ Sauce in a medium size saucepan, and add the Apricot Preserves, Brown Sugar and garlic powder, and stir well to combine.
Heat over medium heat until the sauce is bubbly. Remove from heat and let cool.
Remove the Hawaiian Rolls from the package, and with a large sharp knife, cut the rolls in half, lengthwise, and place the bottom of the rolls in a baking dish.
Place the chopped Brisket on each roll, and add sauce to the Brisket.
Place a piece of the Swiss Cheese on top of the Brisket.
Place the tops of the rolls on top of the sandwiches and brush with melted Butter. Sprinkle the tops of the rolls with Everything Bagel Seasoning, and sprinkle with chopped Parsley.
Cover with Foil, and place in the oven for about 10 minutes at 350 degrees, just until the cheese melts, and the sandwiches are heated through.
If you like your sandwiches toasty on top, remove the foil and leave in the oven for 1 minute, watching them constantly to make sure they don't get too brown on top.
Remove from the oven and serve with the remaining BBQ sauce, and your favorite sides, chips, pickles or relishes.
