12chicken legs
½cuphoney
2tablespoonsCajun seasoning
2tablespoonssmoked paprika
1tablespoonpaprika
2teaspoonschili powder
1tablespoongarlic powder
¼cupvegetable oil
Scallions or parsley for toppingoptional
Instructions
Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and set aside. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
In a large bowl, add the chicken legs, honey, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, and vegetable oil.
Mix until each chicken leg is fully coated.
Lay the chicken legs out on the prepared baking sheet.
Scoop some of the mixture from the bottom of the bowl and drizzle it over each leg.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the skin has color.
Remove from the oven and baste with the juices from the bottom of the pan.
Top with chopped scallions or parsley if desired, then serve.
