Ingredients
2poundsfresh green beans
½cupheavy cream
1lemon
3garlic cloves
1teaspoonfresh thyme
1cupmozzarella cheese
½cupparmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray and set aside.
Clean and trim the ends of the green beans. Place them in the pan.
In a measuring cup or bowl, place the heavy cream and grate the garlic cloves and lemon zest into the cream.
Add the thyme leaves and whisk to combine.
Pour the cream mix over the top of the green beans and stir to coat them.
Cover the top of the green beans with the mozzarella cheese and place in the oven to bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese melts and starts to turn golden.
Add the parmesan cheese and return to the oven and broil for 2-3 minutes, just until the cheese melts and browns slightly. Remove and serve while hot.
