Crust

Cherry layer:

Streusel topping:

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9” x 13” pan with cooking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add in the flour and salt and beat until it starts to form a ball.
Press into an even layer on the bottom of the pan.
In a large bowl, beat the 2 blocks of cream cheese with the sugar until it’s smooth.
Add in the eggs, vanilla, flour and sour cream and beat thoroughly for about a minute until creamy.
Spread over the crust and set aside.
Spoon the cherry pie filling evenly over the top of the cheesecake layer and gently smooth it, even creating swirls if desired.
In a small bowl, crumble the butter into the brown sugar and flour.
Sprinkle it over the top of everything.
Place in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
Remove and allow to cool to room temperature before chilling 2-3 hours before cutting into bars.
