Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter melted
  • 3 cups cooked chicken chopped into ½-inch pieces
  • ½ cup red bell pepper chopped into ½-inch pieces
  • ½ cup green bell pepper chopped into ½-inch pieces
  • ½ large onion chopped
  • 1 ½ teaspoons poultry seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 ½ cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Pour melted butter into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Evenly sprinkle the chopped chicken over the butter.
  • Sprinkle the red pepper, green pepper, and onion over the chicken.
  • Season with poultry seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • In a bowl, mix Bisquick and milk until well combined. Pour evenly over the chicken mixture.
  • In another bowl, whisk together chicken stock and cream of chicken soup until smooth. Pour evenly over the Bisquick layer.
  • Bake for 45 to 55 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
  • Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
