Ingredients
1cupunsalted buttersoftened
8ouncescream cheesesoftened
1cupbrown sugar
1cupsugar
1egg
1teaspoonbaking powder
1teaspoonsalt
1teaspooncream of tartar
2teaspoonsvanilla
3 ½cupsflour

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prep your cookie sheets by lining them with parchment paper or spraying them with non-stick spray, set aside.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the soft butter and cream cheese. Mix well.
Add in the sugars, salt, baking powder, and cream of tartar. Cream until fluffy.
Mix in the egg and vanilla extract and combine well. Stop the mixer and scrape down the sides, then mix again.
Add in the flour and mix on low speed for about a minute and then medium for another minute. Scrape down sides if needed.
Add in the cookies and cream mix-ins and fold by hand until thoroughly combined.
Scoop out golf ball-sized dough mounds and flatten them slightly into a disc shape. Leave enough space around each cookie for spreading while baking.
Bake in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until edges are set and just slightly browned. Allow to cool on a baking sheet for 5-10 minutes before removing.
