Ingredients
1cupwater
16ouncesfrozen baby lima beans
1chicken bouillon cube
½teaspoonliquid smokeoptional
1clovegarlicminced
½teaspooncajun seasoning
½teaspoononion powder or dried minced onion
½teaspoongarlic salt
1teaspoonsugar
½teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
In a medium pot with a lid add the water, lima beans, bouillon cube, liquid smoke, garlic, cajun seasoning, onion powder, garlic salt, sugar and black pepper.
Over medium high heat bring everything to a boil and stir to help melt the boullion cube.
Cover and reduce heat to low.
Let simmer covered for 20 minutes or until tender.
Serve!
