Ingredients

Large shrimp peeled and deveined with tails on

tablespoon
Olive oil

tablespoons
Butter
divided
1
tablespoon
Minced garlic
⅔
cup
White wine
Juice from 1 lemon

teaspoon
Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

Grated parmesan cheese

Chopped parsley
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
Season the shrimp with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the shrimp to the heated skillet, and saute until cooked through.
Remove the shrimp from the skillet and reduce the heat to medium.
Melt 2 tablespoons of the butter in the skillet.
Stir in the garlic, and saute for 30 seconds.
Pour in the white cooking wine and lemon juice, and simmer until the liquid is reduced by half.
Mix in the rest of the butter until melted.
Stir in the Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste.
Return the shrimp to the skillet, and toss to coat well in the sauce.
Add the parmesan to the skillet, and stir to combine.
Garnish with parsley before serving.
