This crack corn dip is rich, cheesy, and full of Southwestern flavor and a kick of heat, thanks to diced jalapenos.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 33 ounces Mexicorn or southwest style corn
  • 2 jalapeno diced
  • ½ cup green onions sliced
  • 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
  • 16 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine corn, cheese, jalapenos, and cheddar cheese.
  • Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, and garlic powder.
  • Fold all of the ingredients together until well combined.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour, or until ready to serve.
