- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 33 ounces Mexicorn or southwest style corn
- 2 jalapeno diced
- ½ cup green onions sliced
- 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
- 16 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
In a large mixing bowl, combine corn, cheese, jalapenos, and cheddar cheese.
Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, and garlic powder.
Fold all of the ingredients together until well combined.
Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour, or until ready to serve.
