  • 6 quart Crockpot

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds bone-in beef back ribs about 4 pounds
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ cup beef broth or water
  • 18 ounces BBQ sauce divided

Instructions

  • Pat ribs dry with a paper towel and season all over with smoked paprika, garlic
