Ingredients
9hard boiled eggs
1cupmayonnaise
4ouncescream cheesesoftened
1Tablespoonspicy brown mustard
¼teaspoongarlic powder
¼teaspoononion powder
½teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonblack pepper
2Tablespoonsfinely chopped dill pickles
2Tablespoonsfresh chopped chives
1Tablespoonfresh chopped dill
Instructions
Separate the eggs, placing the yolks into a large bowl and the whites onto a plate.
Add the mayonnaise and cream cheese to the yolks and use an electric mixer to beat until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Use a fork to break the whites into small pieces.
Add the egg whites, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, pickles, chives and dill to the yolk mixture and use a spatula to stir until well combined.
Spoon into a serving bowl and top with a sprinkle of paprika, extra dill and chives.
Serve with favorite dipping chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
