Ingredients

  • 9 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 Tablespoon spicy brown mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons finely chopped dill pickles
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh chopped chives
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh chopped dill

Instructions

  • Separate the eggs, placing the yolks into a large bowl and the whites onto a plate.
  • Add the mayonnaise and cream cheese to the yolks and use an electric mixer to beat until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Use a fork to break the whites into small pieces.
  • Add the egg whites, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, pickles, chives and dill to the yolk mixture and use a spatula to stir until well combined.
  • Spoon into a serving bowl and top with a sprinkle of paprika, extra dill and chives.
  • Serve with favorite dipping chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
