Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Cream cheese room tempature
  • ½ Yellow onion diced
  • ½ cup Dried beef roughly chopped
  • Chopped green onion sliced - optional

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, add in all the ingredients.
  • Using a spatula or spoon, fold the ingredients together until fully incorporated.
  • Shape into a ball and chill for at least one hour.
  • Serve as is or if you would like single servings, use an ice cream scoop.
  • Scoop out around 3-4 Tbsp. for each serving.
  • Serve in cupcake liners or dishes of your choice.
  • Sprinkle with green onion for garnish.
  • Serve with Ritz crackers or the cracker of your choice and enjoy!
