Cream cheese

Yellow onion

roughly chopped
Chopped green onion
sliced - optional
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, add in all the ingredients.
Using a spatula or spoon, fold the ingredients together until fully incorporated.
Shape into a ball and chill for at least one hour.
Serve as is or if you would like single servings, use an ice cream scoop.
Scoop out around 3-4 Tbsp. for each serving.
Serve in cupcake liners or dishes of your choice.
Sprinkle with green onion for garnish.
Serve with Ritz crackers or the cracker of your choice and enjoy!
