bone-in spiral sliced half ham

tablespoon
butter
melted

honey

cup
sugar

teaspoon
salt

onion powder
⅓
teaspoon
cinnamon

teaspoon
nutmeg

teaspoon
ginger
⅛
teaspoon
paprika
Instructions
Trim the ham if needed and place it in the slow cooker.
Combine the melted butter and honey, then massage the mixture over the ham, getting in between the slices a little.
Cook on low for 4-5 hours.
In a bowl, combine the sugar, salt, onion powder, cinnamon, nutmeg,
ginger, paprika, and allspice. Pat half of this mixture on top of the ham and add the other half to the pan.
Add 3 tbsp of water or ham juice to the pan with the spice mixture and boil until the sugar dissolves.
Broil the ham with the sugar mixture on top for about 1-2 minutes.
Brush or pour the glaze over the ham, then broil again for another 2 minutes until slightly caramelized.
Serve warm or cold.
