Frozen Butter Beer

This frozen butter beer is a delicous float all Harry Potter lovers will enjoy. Cream soda, vanilla ice cream, and butterscotch create a rich, creamy drink you can't put down.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream soda
  • 1 cup softened vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tablespoons butterscotch sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dry butterscotch pudding mix
  • ½ cup ice
  • Whipped cream and more butterscotch for topping.

Instructions

  • To your blender add the cream soda, vanilla ice cream, butterscotch sauce and dry butterscotch pudding mix.
  • Blend until all combined.
  • Add the ice and blend again until combined.
  • Pour into a glass, top with whipped cream and butterscotch sauce.
  • Serve!

Notes

Storage
This recipe makes one drink, so storage shouldn't be an issue. In fact, you shouldn't store this frozen butter beer. The texture is never the same. 
Tips
  • Soften your ice cream a bit to make blending it easier.
  • Because we're adding ice to the frozen butter beer, we recommend a high-speed blender if you have one. It has an easier time crushing the ice.
