- 32 ounces frozen meatballs
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons lite soy sauce
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Scallions or parsley for garnish
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a bowl whisk together the honey, brown sugar, ketchup, soy sauce and garlic.
In a large bowl combine the meatballs with the sauce and stir to coat.
Add the meatballs and sauce to a 9x13 baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the meatballs are nice and caramelized and the sauce is thickened.
Garnish with scallions, parsley and sesame seeds.
Serve!
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- You can add a little red pepper flake to spice this up if you like.
