4bonelessskinless chicken breasts
2tablespoonsolive oil
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoononion powder
1teaspoonpaprika
1teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonblack pepper
4hamburger buns
4slicescheddar cheeseoptional

Instructions
Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness. Rub olive oil, then season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper on both sides of the chicken.
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 5–7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Toast the buns on the grill for about 1–2 minutes until lightly golden. You can also enjoy them without toasting.
Mix the Mayo and Dijon mustard together.
Complete the sandwiches by adding the sauce on the buns, then layer the lettuce, grilled chicken, tomato, onion, cheese, and pickles.
