Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, pepperoncini juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano.
Chop the iceberg lettuce into small pieces and add it to the bowl and toss well with the dressing.
Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Slice the red onion into thin strips, and slice the pepperoncini peppers into thin strips.
Add them to the bowl.
Stack the cheese slices and cut in half and then turn and slice them into thin strips.
Repeat with the deli slices. Add all ingredients (except parm) to the bowl and toss well to coat with the dressing.
Serve immediately. Add freshly grated parmesan to the top of the salad if desired.
