Ingredients
2poundsboneless pork ribscut into bite size pieces
1cupbbq sauce
⅓cupbrown sugar
⅓cuphoney
1tablespoonworcestershire sauce
1teaspoonliquid smoke
1teaspoonblack pepper
1teaspoongarlic salt
1teaspoononion powder
1teaspoonsmoked paprika
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl combine the pork pieces, bbq sauce, brown sugar, honey, worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, black pepper, garlic salt, onion powder and smoked paprika until everything is coated well.
Pour the riblets into a 9x13 baking dish.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 45-60 minutes or until the pork is fork tender and the sauce is glazy and caramelized.
Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Use your favorite bbq sauce.
You can add some cayenne, hot sauce or red pepper flake for a spicy kick.
