Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless pork ribs cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 cup bbq sauce
  • cup brown sugar
  • cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large mixing bowl combine the pork pieces, bbq sauce, brown sugar, honey, worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, black pepper, garlic salt, onion powder and smoked paprika until everything is coated well.
  • Pour the riblets into a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Bake in 350 degree oven for 45-60 minutes or until the pork is fork tender and the sauce is glazy and caramelized.
  • Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Use your favorite bbq sauce.
  • You can add some cayenne, hot sauce or red pepper flake for a spicy kick.
