Ice cubes
Instructions
Start by muddling the raspberries in a shaker or glass until they have broken down completely.
Add the limoncello and ice cubes to the shaker or glass and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds so that all ingredients are combined.
Strain into a champagne flute or other decorative glass, then top off with the prosecco.
Garnish with extra raspberries and a lemon wedge on a toothpick for an added touch of pizzazz!
