4cupswater
4cubeschicken bouillon
1small onionchopped
1cupcelerychopped
1cupcarrotssliced

½cup butter
32ounceshalf and half
½cup cheddar cheese
8ounces cheese whizor nacho cheese
2-3stalks green onionchopped
Instructions
Add water, chicken bouillon, onion, celery, carrots, broccoli, and potatoes to a large pot and bring to a boil. Boil until potatoes are soft, about 10 min.
Add the butter, half and half, cheddar cheese, and nacho cheese to the pot. Bring to a soft boil and simmer for 30 min, stirring occasionally.
Dish into a small bowl and top with green onion. Serve with a fresh dinner roll and enjoy!
