Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 4 cubes chicken bouillon
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli chopped
  • 7 potatoes cubed
  • ½ cup butter
  • 32 ounces half and half
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounces cheese whiz or nacho cheese
  • 2-3 stalks green onion chopped

Instructions

  • Add water, chicken bouillon, onion, celery, carrots, broccoli, and potatoes to a large pot and bring to a boil. Boil until potatoes are soft, about 10 min.
  • Add the butter, half and half, cheddar cheese, and nacho cheese to the pot. Bring to a soft boil and simmer for 30 min, stirring occasionally.
  • Dish into a small bowl and top with green onion. Serve with a fresh dinner roll and enjoy!
