Ingredients

  • 21 ounces peach pie filling
  • ½ teaspoon almond extract
  • 15.25 ounces yellow cake mix
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Spread the canned peach pie filling evenly in the bottom of the dish. Stir in the almond extract.
  • In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Drop spoonfuls over the peaches.
  • Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the peach and cream cheese layer.
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, cinnamon and brown sugar. Drizzle over the dry cake mix, making sure to cover as much as possible.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
