Ingredients
½cuppeanut buttercreamy or crunchy
1cupflour
2eggs
⅓cupbutterbrowned and slightly cooled
⅔cupsugar
½cupbrown sugar
1teaspoonvanilla
1teaspoonbaking powder
¼teaspoonsalt
½cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips
2-3tablespoonsseedless jam

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang.
Brown the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring often, until golden and nutty, about 5–7 minutes. Cool slightly.
In a large bowl, whisk peanut butter, browned butter, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
Add eggs, vanilla, and salt. Mix until just combined.
Fold in flour and baking powder until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
Spread batter evenly in the pan. Dot with jam and swirl gently with a knife or skewer.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, until edges are set and center is slightly soft.
Cool in pan for 20–30 minutes. Lift out, transfer to a wire rack, and sprinkle with flaky sea salt while slightly warm, if using.
