1cupshredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
⅓cupmayonnaise
1Tablespoonsour cream
4ouncespimento peppersdrained
½teaspoononion powder

Instructions
Heat a flat frying pan over medium heat.
In a medium sized bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheese, sour cream, peppers, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Lay the sourdough slices out and spread one side with mayonnaise. Flip it over and add about ¼ of the pimento cheese mixture and spread it over the slice of bread. Top it with another slice and bread and spread a layer of mayonnaise over the top of the bread, so the mayonnaise is on the outer side of the sandwich.
Place the sandwich onto the heated frying pan and continue making the remainder of the sandwiches.
Fry each sandwich about 2-3 minutes, each side, flipping halfway through so both sides brown evenly and the inside melts.
