sausage kielbasa

fingerling potatoes

of frozen green beans

olive oil

butter

cajun seasoning

garlic powder

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
red pepper flakes

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and melt the 2 tablespoons of butter in baking dish.
Slice kielbasa into ¼ inch slices
Place kielbasa in skillet with ¼ cup water and cook on medium high heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side, enough to crisp up.
Wash and cut fingerling potatoes in half or quarters, bite size pieces.
Dice onions and garlic.
IN a large bowl, combine potatoes, green beans, onions, and garlic. Drizzle olive oil on top and sprinkle with seasonings.
Mix well to combine.
Empty the bowl into the baking dish.
Cover baking dish with foil and bake for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Serve hot and enjoy!
