Ingredients
2lbpork loin fillet
1 ½ tbspsmoked paprika
2tspgarlic powder
2tsponion powder
1tbspbalsamic vinegar
1 tbspolive oil
½ tspsesame seedoptional
sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
1-2 apples depending on size
½ tspcinnamonyou can add more if you like
¼cup buttercut into pieces
½ tspItalian seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degreesMix all dry ingredients together then add olive oil and balsamic vinegar.Rub all over pork loin. Place in refrigerator overnight or at least for 2 hours. Place in a baking dish. Slice apples and place on either side of pork loin. Sprinkle apples with cinnamon. Put pieces of butter over apples. You can also add some over pork also. Bake for 35 minutes or so. Do not over bake or pork will dry out!
