In a medium-size bowl, whisk together bourbon, brown sugar, Worcestershire, and soy sauce and garlic. Pour into a large zip-top bag and add steak tips.
Seal, squeezing out any excess air. Let meat marinate for 2 hours.
When ready to cook, drain and season meat with salt and pepper.
Cook to desired doneness. We use high heat 4-6 minutes on one side then turn a few minutes more on other side.
