White Chocolate Espresso Brownies

White Chocolate Espresso Brownies are just like your favorite fudge brownie, except these are made with  white chocolate espresso chocolate! They are buttery, chewy, and so addicting!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter, unslated
  • 2 bars Forte white swan espresso bar
  • 2 2ggs
  • ¾ cups sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ¼ cups all purpose flour

Instructions

  • 1.Preheat oven to 350*
    2. In a glass bowl melt the butter with the white chocolate espresso bar in the microwave checking every 30 seconds and stir until smooth. Once the butter is melted remove from microwave and just stir to melt chocolate bar.
     3. Add sugar and mix  with a wooden spoon. Mix in the salt, vanilla, and eggs until mixed well . Stir in flour until well combined.
    4. Spread batter into a greased 8 x 8 pan. Bake for about 26 - 28 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
