In a small bowl, whisk all sriracha dip ingredients until blended. Cover and refrigerate.
Toss cleaned and steamed green beans in 1/2 cup flour until coated.
In a shallow dish, mix remaining flour, cumin, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt.
Slowly add the beer until a thick batter forms
In a large skillet, heat 1 to 2 inches of oil to 375 degrees F
Dip the beans in the batter to coat before carefully dropping into the hot oil.
. Fry in small batches for 2 to 3 minutes.
Transfer fried green beans to a wire cooling rack on a baking sheet or a plate lined with paper towels to drain.
Serve warm with sriracha dip.
