Cheesy Kielbasa Hashbrown Casserole makes the perfect breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Loaded with delicious kielbasa sausage, potatoes, and, of course, cheese, it's a hearty, one-pot meal that's made in the slow cooker and always so delicious.

  • 1 (32oz.) bag frozen cubed hash browns, thawed
  • 1 (16oz.) package kielbasa, sliced and halved
  • 1 small white onion, finely diced
  • 1/3 cup salted butter, melted
  • 2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (10.5oz.) can cream of chicken
  • 1 cup milk


  1. Spray a slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray and toss together hash browns, kielbasa, onion, and 2 cups of cheese.

  2. In a medium sized bowl, whisk together melted butter, cream of chicken, and milk until smooth.

  3. Pour over the hash browns and stir until combined. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese and cover.

  4.  Cook on HIGH for 3 hours. Serve hot.
