Ritz Ham and Cheese Sandwiches

These Ritz ham and cheese sandwiches feature ham and cheese sandwiched between buttery, seasoned Ritz crackers, then baked to perfection.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 48 Ritz Crackers
  • 8 thin slices deli ham
  • 8 thin slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Arrange half the crackers on a large baking sheet.
  • Tear your swiss cheese into cracker size pieces and place on top of each cracker.
  • Repeat with the ham.
  • Top each one with another cracker.
  • In a small bowl combine the melted butter, dijon mustard, worcestershire sauce, onion powder and poppy seeds.
  • Spoon the butter mixture over each cracker evenly.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the crackers are golden.
  • Serve immediately.
