These rum soaked cherries are a red, white, and blue boozy treat perfect for the Fourth of July. They're tropical, sweet, and so easy.

32ouncesMaraschino Cherries - with Stems - 30 - 33 count
10ouncesGhirardelli White Chocolate Melting Wafers
½cupMalibu Rum

Instructions
Remove the Cherries from the Jars with small tongs, and place them on paper towels.
In a large bowl, add the White Chocolate melting wafers, and place in the Microwave to melt, stopping about every 15 to 20 seconds to stir the White Chocolate.
When it's completely melted, remove it from the Microwave, and stir in the Malibu Rum.
Place the Blue Sugars in a shallow dish. Take a Cherry by the Stem, and dip it into the White Chocolate, and then dip it into the Blue Sugars. Continue until all the Cherries have been dipped.
Place the dipped Cherries on a Parchment paper lined Cookie Sheet to set.
When the Chocolate has begun to set, about 30 minutes, place the Cookie sheet in the refrigerator.
Keep refrigerated until time to serve.
