Salmon in Cream Sauce
Flaky, salmon in cream sauce is delicious dish simple enough for weeknight meals but elegant enough for dinner parties.

- 10 ounces salmon filets
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- ⅓ cup cream
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
In a separate bowl, stir together soy sauce, hot sauce, lemon juice, ginger, garlic and maple syrup.
Brush dried fish pieces.
Fry skin side up for a couple of minutes.
Turn over and pour in cream.
Cook for another 4-5 minutes.
