Instructions
Add the Cajun 15 Bean Soup mix, chicken broth, diced ham, Great Northern beans, onion, carrots, garlic, chili powder, sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, and Cajun seasoning to the slow cooker.
Stir well to combine all ingredients.
Cover and cook on High for 6 to 8 hours or Low for 8 to 10 hours, until the beans are tender.
About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the diced tomatoes.
Cover and continue cooking for the remaining 30 minutes.
