red bell pepper

low sodium soy sauce

packets of ramen noodles
Sesame seeds
Instructions
Into the slow cooker place your beef and red bell pepper.
In a mixing bowl combine the beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, garlic, green onions and cornstarch.
Pour the sauce over the beef and red bell peppers.
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours until the beef is tender.
30 minutes before serving add the broccoli and ramen noodles, stirring frequently until the noodles are tender.
Garnish with sesame seeds and more scallions.
