Slow Cooker Brown Sugar Pork Chops

These slow cooker brown sugar pork chops are tender, juicy, and delicious. The best part is they only use a handful of ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 6 bone-in Porkchops 1/2 thick
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup brown sugar

Instructions

  • Add vegetable oil to a large pan at medium to high heat, season the Porkchops with the salt and pepper on both sides and sear on both sides for 2-3 minutes or until brown.
  • Once done add the Porkchops to the slow cooker and spread the garlic all over the Porkchops. Then sprinkle the brown sugar all over top.
  • Cook on low for 6 hours and enjoy!
