Ingredients
6bone-in Porkchops1/2 thick
1teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonpepper
2tablespoonsvegetable oil
6clovesgarlicminced
½cupbrown sugar
Instructions
Add vegetable oil to a large pan at medium to high heat, season the Porkchops with the salt and pepper on both sides and sear on both sides for 2-3 minutes or until brown.
Once done add the Porkchops to the slow cooker and spread the garlic all over the Porkchops. Then sprinkle the brown sugar all over top.
Cook on low for 6 hours and enjoy!
