Ingredients
1poundboneless skinless chicken breasts
14.5ounceschicken broth
15ouncesnavy beansrinsed
10ounces tomatoes with green chilies
8ounces tomato sauce
½cupbuffalo wing sauceI used Franks
½teaspoononion powder
½teaspoongarlic salt
1ounce ranch dressing seasoningone evenlope
8ouncescream cheesesoftened and cubed
1cupshredded cheddar cheese
Scallions for garnish
Instructions
To your slow cooker add the chicken, chicken broth, navy beans, tomatoes with chilies, tomato sauce, wing sauce, onion powder, garlic salt, and ranch dressing.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
Take out the chicken and shred.
To the slow cooker add the shredded chicken, cubed cream cheese and cheddar cheese.
Cover and cook another 15 minutes or until both cheeses are melted.
Top with more cheese and scallions if you prefer.
Serve!
