Ingredients

  • 1-2 pounds chicken cubed
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
  • Half of an onion diced
  • 10 ounces frozen corn
  • 6 ounces yellow rice mix I use Zatarains
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Spray the inside of your slow cooker with some non-stick spray.
  • In your slow cooker place your chicken.
  • Sprinkle your seasonings over the top of the chicken.
  • Add in the cream of chicken soup, the onion and corn.
  • Give everything a quick mix.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
  • 30 minutes before you are ready to serve stir in the rice mix and shredded cheese.
  • Cover and cook for 30 minutes.
  • Serve!
