Ingredients
1poundground beefcooked and drained
1poundbacondiced
1small oniondiced
1small green bell pepperdiced
45ouncespork and beansnot drained
48ouncesnorthern beansdrained
48ouncesred kidney beansdrained
1cup brown sugar
1cupketchup
3teaspoonsvinegar
2teaspoonsmustard
Instructions
In a large skillet over medium high heat cook the bacon with the onion and green bell pepper.
Cook until the bacon is crispy.
Drain the grease.
To the slow cooker add the cooked drained beef, bacon, onion pepper mixture, pork and beans, northern beans, kidney beans, brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar and mustard.
Stir to combine.
Cook on low for 4 hours.
Garnish with parsley if desired.
Serve!
