Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 pound baby potatoes halved
  • 2 cups baby potatoes
  • 1 ounce dry ranch dressing mix
  • 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  • Place your veggies into the bottom of your slow cooker.
  • Arrange the chicken on top.
  • In a bowl combine the ranch mix, cream of chicken soup and heavy cream.
  • Pour this mixture over the chicken and potatoes, stirring it slightly into the veggies below.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high 4-6 hours until the potatoes and carrots are tender and the chicken is cooked through.
  • Serve!
