These Slow Cooker Honey BBQ Country Ribs are slow-cooked until they fall off the bone and cooked in a sweet peach bbq sauce. So delicious.

Equipment

  • foiled lined baking sheet - optional

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds boneless country style ribs
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup peach preserves
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 ½ cup bbq sauce

Instructions

  • Place the ribs in your slow cooker.
  • Sprinkle the brown sugar, onion powder, garlic salt and paprika over the ribs.
  • In a bowl combine the peach preserves, honey and bbq sauce together.
  • Pour the sauce over the ribs.
  • Cook on low for 6 hours.
  • This step is optional but you can place the cooked ribs on a foil lined baking sheet and baste with a little of the sauce from the slow cooker.
  • Place the ribs under the broiler for about 5 minutes until lightly browned.
  • Garnish with parsley if desired.
  • Serve!
