Instructions
Add the chuck roast, Italian dressing mix, pepperoncinis, giardiniera, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and water to your slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 6 hours, until the meat is fork-tender.
Once cooked, drain off any excess liquid, then shred the beef. Feel free to shred the veggies along with the beef for extra flavor.
Add provolone cheese to your sub rolls, then pile on the shredded beef.
Top with extra pepperoncinis if desired and serve!
