medium onion
peeled and chopped

packet au jus gravy mix

packet ranch seasoning mix

pepperoncini peppers

cup
butter
sliced
¾
cup
pepperoncini peppers juice
Instructions
Spray a large crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place the chopped onion into the bottom of the crockpot.
Lay the chicken breasts over top of the onions.
Sprinkle the au jus gravy mix and ranch mix over the chicken.
Place the pepperoncini peppers around the chicken and the slices of butter on top of the chicken.
Pour the pepperoncini pepper juice over everything in the crockpot.
Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 4-5 hours until the chicken is cooked through and fork tender.
Shred the chicken and serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
