Slow cooker pineapple pork is tender, juicy, and loaded with sweet and tangy flavors. It's also incredibly easy to make!

Ingredients
2-3poundpork loin roast
2tbspvegetable oil
8clovesgarlicminced
¼cupsoy sauce
½cupbrown sugar
20ozpineapple chunks with juice
1tspsalt
1tsppepper
1tsponion powder
1tsppaprika

Instructions
Mix together all the seasonings, the salt, pepper, onion powder and paprika. Dry rub it all over the pork.
Pour the oil into a medium- large pan on high heat, let the pan warm up a bit and then place the pork onto it. Only for 1-2 minutes on each side, just to sear it.
Once done place into a 8 quart slow cooker. Rub the garlic all over the top of the pork, be careful not to burn yourself.
Add the soy sauce and pineapple chunks and all the juice.
Sprinkle the brown sugar all over the top of the pork and sides.
Put lid on and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
Slice or shred and serve!
