Spinach Artichoke Pizza

This Spinach Artichoke Pizza is made with a creamy white sauce, sundried tomatoes, spinach and lots of gooey cheese. It's a great meal for the whole family.

Ingredients

  • 13.8 ounces pizza crust
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 12 ounces drained artichoke hearts
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 4 ounces. cream cheese
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan
  • ¼ cup cornmeal
  • 3 ounces sun dried tomatoes
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh basil

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  • Rough chop the spinach and add it to a large bowl.
  • Drain the artichoke hearts and rough chop them and add them to the bowl.
  • Peel and grate the garlic cloves into the bowl. Add the sour cream, cream cheese, mayonnaise, onion powder, salt and pepper and stir to combine.
  • Sprinkle the cornmeal in an even layer on a baking tray.
  • Unroll the pizza dough and stretch to create a square.
  • Spread the artichoke mixture in an even layer over the top of the pizza dough.
  • Sprinkle the top with the mozzarella and then the parmesan cheese.
  • Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese has melted.
  • Remove and slice into squares for serving. Sprinkle the top with fresh basil if desired.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days in the refrigerator.
