Pillsbury Graham Cracker Crust
8ouncescream cheesesoftened
½cuppowdered sugar
½cupstarbucks pink drink
3.4ouncesinstant white chocolate pudding mix
1cupcold milk
8ounceswhipped toppingCool Whip, thawed
Pink gel food coloring

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
Add the sliced strawberries and mix until well combined.
Pour the cream cheese mixture into the pie crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant white chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until smooth and thickened. Add the starbucks pink drink liquid and stir until the pudding mixture is creamy.
Add a few drops of pink gel food coloring and stir until the mixture is a light pink color.
Fold in the whipped topping (Cool Whip) until fully combined and fluffy.
Spread the pudding mixture evenly over the cream cheese layer in the pie crust.
Garnish the top of the pie with more cool whip if desired.
