Ingredients
1poundNew York Strip Steak
½Red bell peppersliced
½Green bell peppersliced
½OnionSliced
2teaspoonsFajita seasoning
1cupTaco blend shredded cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. You can use a grill heated to the same temperature as well.
Place the steak, onions and peppers into a large mixing bowl.
Sprinkle with the fajita seasoning.
Lay two long sheets of tin foil on a flat surface, and divide the mixture between them.
Sprinkle the top with cheese.
Fold the long ends of the foil up, and fold over at the top to secure.
Roll in the remaining sides of the foil to form a closed packet.
Place the foil packets on a baking sheet, and bake for 20 minutes, or until done to your liking.
