Steak Fajita Foil Packets

Steak fajita foil packets are full of classic flavor and so easy to make. Steak, onions, bell peppers, and seasonings are cooked to perfection in foil.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound New York Strip Steak
  • ½ Red bell pepper sliced
  • ½ Green bell pepper sliced
  • ½ Onion Sliced
  • 2 teaspoons Fajita seasoning
  • 1 cup Taco blend shredded cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. You can use a grill heated to the same temperature as well.
  • Place the steak, onions and peppers into a large mixing bowl.
  • Sprinkle with the fajita seasoning.
  • Lay two long sheets of tin foil on a flat surface, and divide the mixture between them.
  • Sprinkle the top with cheese.
  • Fold the long ends of the foil up, and fold over at the top to secure.
  • Roll in the remaining sides of the foil to form a closed packet.
  • Place the foil packets on a baking sheet, and bake for 20 minutes, or until done to your liking.
