Strawberry Kiss Cookies
These Strawberry Kiss Cookies are so delicious and so easy. Simple sugar cookies are adorned with an adorable Strawberry Kiss.

Ingredients
- ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 bag strawberry ice cream cone chocolate kisses
- Sprinkles optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy
- Mix in the egg and vanilla and milk until well combined
- Add flour, baking soda, and salt, and mix until well combined
- Divide dough using a cookie dough scoop and roll into balls
- Place on baking sheet
- For sprinkles, roll ball in sprinkles then place on baking sheet
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden - Do not over bake
- Remove from oven and immediately add chocolate kiss pressing down gently
- Let cool and remove to wire rack
- Store in an airtight container
