Equipment
8x8 baking dish
parchment paper
Food processor
small bowl
large bowl
Ingredients
24
ounces
strawberry melting chocolate
14
ounces
sweetened condensed milk
24
vanilla Oreos
3
ounces
strawberry gelatin mix
4
tablespoons
butter
melted
Instructions
Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.
Using your food processor crush up the Oreos into a coarse crumb. You do not want to grind them fine.
Place the Oreos and the jello mix in a mixing bowl together.
Add the melted butter to the Oreos and jello mix and stir until everything is combined. It will be clumpy, that is what we want.
In a large microwave-safe bowl melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals until the chocolate is smooth and melted.
Stir in the sweetened condensed milk to melted chocolate until all combined.
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan.
Pour the Oreo crunch topping all over the top of the fudge and press it into the fudge.
Place the fudge into the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set but I usually go for 4 hours to even overnight.
Before serving take the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into 16 servings.
Serve!
