Ingredients

butter
softened

cup
powdered sugar

flour

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
strawberry extract

drops red/pink food coloring

white chocolate chips
Extra powder sugar for coating
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and powdered sugar together for about 2 minutes.
Add in the flour and salt and mix. Add in the extract and food coloring and mix until the color is fully incorporated throughout the dough.
Stir in the white chocolate chips. Place in the refrigerator and allow the dough to chill for about 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Using a small cookie scoop or a tablespoon, scoop up the dough and roll it into balls.
Place on a cookie sheet about an inch apart. Place in the oven and bake for 7 minutes. Do not overbake!
Remove and allow the cookies to slightly cool before rolling them in powdered sugar and place them on a cooling rack to finish cooling.
